Raph & Rose Re-Loved is our brand new buy-back scheme, because we believe that clothes should be loved, worn and passed on.

You can return your Raph & Rose outgrown clothes to us, in exchange for store credit - so that you can buy more gorgeous Raph & Rose for your little one - win win!!

It's a simple, honest scheme that keeps our clothes in rotation for a little bit longer, reducing waste, supporting circular fashion and making quality handmade clothing accessible to everyone..

  • How it Works

    1. Send your items back to us..

    Either pop them in the post or hand deliver them to our studio, Pass them over at an event... However you'd prefer.. Just make sure they're clean and dry!

    2. They'll be checked..

    I will check and grade all returned items

    3. You'll receive store credit..

    I'll pop the credit directly onto your account, ready to spend on anything Raph & Rose, New or Re-Loved!

  • Quality Grading

    When you return an item, I will use the following system to determine how much store credit you will receive..

    1. Excellent - £3 per item

    • Like-new condition
    • Bright colours
    • no visable wear

    2. Good - £2 per item

    • Small signs of wear, no stains
    • lightly washed
    • plenty of life left

    3. Satisfactory - £1 per item

    • Slight fading, no stains
    • visible wear

    I can only accept Raph & Rose clothing, all items must be washed and dry. I will not be able to give store credit for any items that have holes or major stains. If the item is not in a re-sellable condition, I can not accept it.

    Return postage is your responsibility, we advise using a tracked service where possible.

    Store credit will only be given once items have arrived and have been checked. Store credit has no cash value and can not be exchanged for cash.

    Any items sent that are in an un-sellable condition, will be sent back to you (at your expense) or I can donate them. Raph & Rose reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet the criteria.
